Returns & Refunds
We are sure you will love your order from us however we understand that sometimes you may wish to return your items .
Please ensure they are returned back to us in the original packaging and in an unused state within 7 working days from the delivery date. Any product not maintained in the original packaging or damaged in any way , we would not be obliged to refund you.
If you have any issues with any product you receive, we are more than happy to try and resolve this for you.
Return shipping costs will be your own responsibility and shipping costs are non-refundable. After goods inspection by
JUNEJULYCO, and all is in order with your return a refund will be made, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please note sale items and gift vouchers are non-returnable.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded via EFT, banking details to be sent to us through email.
Please remember EFT payments from different banks may have a few days delay.
Damaged and defective products
We check every product before processing you order to ensure they have met our highest standards
- Should you receive any item that are damaged,defective or incorrectly delivered, please contact us within 24 hours.
- For a Product to be deemed defective you will need to state the proper reason for the return, and include an explanation of the alleged defect, together with pictures as proof.
- In cases where the return is as a result of the incorrect product being delivered this must be reported within 24 hours after delivery.
- Such defective goods may be returned to JUNEJULYCO within 7 working days of delivery,starting the day after delivery date. without penalty, following the return procedure set out in below
- If all of the return conditions have been met and the return has been approved by JUNEJULYCO, we will notify you and arrange for our courier to collect the defective item from you.
JUNEJULYCO will only be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your damaged,defective or incorrectly delivered item only, and will be responsible for paying the shipping cost to replace any defective product should you choose a replacement.
