Our wax melts have a year shelf life when stored correctly in their original packaging. If our wax melts are taken out of their original packaging , their shelf life will be a lot shorter and scent throw will not be as strong over time.

We will package our products the same and standard way as seen on our social media for example , unless another way is agreed before hand. This is in clear clamshells with our logos and safety labels or unlabelled for you to label yourself. If you’d like your products to be packaged another way then please discuss this with us.

We recommend keeping your products in their original packaging and stored out of direct sunlight. Treating them delicately and protect them from humidity, sunlight and moisture.

If you’d like to use any of our photos on your website or social media then please ensure you notify us and appropriately credit us/ tag us on your website as the creator and photographer.

Yes, for private labeling you  can.

Yes of course ! For an increased price we can discuss altering our products to accommodate your needs. This will take 3-4 weeks to develop and receive. For custom orders , we have a minimum quantity order of 20 per custom item.

We allow up to 10 working days to process our wholesale orders. If you need your order quicker than this, then please talk to us and we’ll look at our schedule.
